Each visit starts with learning the client's goals, lifestyle, timeline and concerns before a path is recommended. Plans can combine injectables, laser treatments, facials, microneedling and skincare. Facials are offered only at the Towson office, and the Annapolis office focuses on injectables, lasers, microneedling, biostimulators and wellness care.

The wellness programs are managed with a Certified Menopause Provider and cover hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptides and healthy aging. Hormone therapy begins with a review of symptoms, goals and medical history, followed by a lab evaluation that includes a hormone panel, thyroid function, metabolic markers and a lipid profile. Medication options can include FDA-approved prescriptions, chosen together with the client. Compounded medications are typically not covered by health insurance.

New clients usually have a consultation before treatment, and a free aesthetic discovery visit is offered to help shape a plan. Returning clients can book their usual services directly. Booking is available through the Boulevard portal or by calling or texting the front desk. Wellness services, microneedling and laser treatments require a 25% deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before injectable or facial appointments carry a $25 fee, which is waived if the appointment is moved to another time the same day. In-office sales are final.

Membership and rewards are part of the offering. The MFA Society starts at $150 per month and includes monthly deposits to a personal savings account, retail savings and priority booking. Allergan products have a rewards program, Galderma products have an Aspire rewards program, and Cherry financing is available for treatments.

Treatment plans are personalized around each client's goals and aim for subtle, natural-looking results. The practice focuses on long-term care for skin and features rather than quick fixes.

The Annapolis office has a calm, elevated setting designed for patient comfort.
