Lash appointments run from classic and hybrid sets to volume and mega volume sets, which use lightweight handmade fans. A new classic set is listed at $150 and a new mega volume set at $250. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks while at least half of the extensions remain; after four weeks a new full set is needed. Clients who already wear lashes from another salon should call first to confirm the team can work over that set. Event touch-ups are 30-minute fill-ins for extensions originally applied at the salon, and mobile lashing is also listed.

Brow services cover threading, a hybrid stain, lamination and lamination with a custom stain. Permanent makeup includes microblading, powder brows, combo brows, lip blushing and semi-permanent eyeliner. A free consultation is offered to talk through goals before booking, and a first touch-up is required and listed at $100. Brow Master Koray is available on select dates and at select locations, with separate pricing for his services.

Booking requires a 30% deposit, applied to the total at checkout, and a valid card kept on file. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice by phone, and deposits can be moved to a new appointment if notice is given in time. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled price. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have the service shortened, moved or cancelled. Unusual lash shedding should be reported within three days for a complimentary adjustment.

Children are not permitted in the salon during appointments, and pets are not allowed inside, though service animals are welcome. Extra guests may not come along unless they also book a service. White Plains is closed on Mondays and open Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM; Rye is open Mondays through Saturday and closed Sundays.
