Joining costs $1,200 a month, plus a $1,500 clinical onboarding fee, and requires a minimum 90-day commitment. Each membership covers a VO2 Max assessment, a clinical consultation, and either a review of existing labs or a lab panel the clinicians prescribe, alongside a tailored Longevity Road Map. Members receive six credits each month for use on the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, the Ammortal Chamber, the Frequency Suite, the infrared sauna, cryotherapy, the red light LED bed, the inner soak, and equipment arriving with the 11th Floor Expansion.
