The Farmingdale spa has an on-site team that includes medical doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, chiropractors, acupuncturists and licensed massage therapists. Services run from facials and spray tans to injectables, laser work and teeth whitening. Clients can book a complimentary phone consultation with a medical aesthetics professional before choosing a treatment. The business notes that it is not affiliated with the independent medical, medical massage or acupuncture providers clients may choose at its locations.

Medical massage sessions last 55 minutes and are offered for neck pain, tension, stress, back pain, headaches, muscle pain, some chronic pain, sports injuries and repetitive stress injuries. Most insurances are accepted for medical massage, and clients are asked to call to confirm coverage. New clients complete a 10 to 15 minute patient intake interview at their first appointment. Traditional Chinese acupuncture is also offered, with a 10 minute intake for new clients, alongside electrical stimulation, cupping, moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine.

The Wantagh studio offers up to nine yoga classes a day. Traffic moves in one direction through the studio, and the space has open-air pathways and parking. Clients bring their own mat and anything else they need, and the studio keeps shared Manduka props on hand. The studio opens 30 minutes before the first class and closes 30 minutes after the last, and it is closed from 1pm to 4pm on weekdays. A drop-in class is $30, and a 10 class pass is $250 that expires six months after purchase.

Yoga academy pathways are priced monthly. The Karma Pathway is $49 for up to five academy classes a month, the Zen Pathway is $75 for up to 10, and the Namaste Pathway is $95 for all regularly scheduled academy classes. The academy is open to people 18 and older. A $99 registration fee applies at sign-up, including for returning members, and memberships cancelled within the first 180 days carry a $129 cancellation fee unless otherwise specified. Memberships renew monthly unless cancelled in writing by email with 10 days notice, and unused classes do not carry over. Active and retired first responders and military personnel with proper ID have the registration fee waived.

Farmingdale is open Monday 10am to 6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 12pm to 8pm, Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Appointments can be made or changed by phone at 516.755.5855, and 24 hours notice is appreciated. Well care appointments cannot be booked, changed or cancelled by email, and email replies take about 24 hours. The Wantagh location does not receive calls directly.
