Several services begin with a conversation. The Strand Strategy Session is a free 30-minute in-person consultation about hair goals, lifestyle, maintenance and budget. The Virtual Hair Chat is a free 30-minute virtual appointment covering goals, color history, extension options, timing and pricing. The Extensions Discovery Call is a free 45-minute in-person visit on the same extension topics, and it is required for all first-time extension clients.

Color options range from Root Revive, which colors only the regrowth and is suggested every four to eight weeks, to Full Color Refresh, a single-process color from roots to ends without highlights or lightening. Root Revive is not meant for regrowth longer than two inches or for color through the ends; the salon directs those clients to All Over Color. Vivid Strands covers bold shades such as reds, purples, blues and custom colors and may require pre-lightening first.

Highlights come as Strands of Light in a full or partial version, and Face Frame Glow places lightening around the hairline. The Wash & Blowouts membership costs $200 per month and includes a shampoo, a professional blow-dry and a customized finishing style at each visit. The salon states that the membership saves $80. Members book services as usual, and membership benefits are applied at checkout in the salon.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and can be emailed on a chosen date. Gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Cancellations should be reported as early as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled. The Brazilian Blowout requires a $100 deposit.
