Facial appointments require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due on the day of service. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice to receive a deposit refund, while no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price and that fee cannot be applied to future services. A 10-minute grace period applies after the scheduled start time. The business suggests facials every 6 to 8 weeks for normal skin, and every 2 to 4 weeks for clients focusing on healing or major change.
