Colour is not bookable online. Clients book by phone or email, then have a consultation and skin test at least 48 hours before the colour service. The full cost of colour is discussed when booking, and colour corrections are priced only after a consultation. Cleanse, cut and finish appointments run 60 minutes rather than the usual 45, and radical change restyles are given a 90-minute slot. A first gender neutral cleanse, cut and finish includes a full consultation and a one-hour appointment, with price and time adjusted afterwards.
If a client is not happy with a service, the salon redoes it free of charge and credits a free future service to their account. Smoothing and reconstructing conditioning treatments can be added during a consultation.
Bridal hair can be booked at the salon or at the client's venue, with a quote that includes travel time and cost. Hair trials for weddings and proms are not fully secure and are brushed out afterwards.
