The menu is grouped into hair restoration, facial and skin treatments, corrective services, fat reduction, skin tightening, waxing, BB Glow lip blushing and a model program. Corrective services include facial and body microneedling, chemical peels, hyperpigmentation treatment, mole and skin tag removal and stretch mark resurfacing. Hair restoration uses microneedle and nanoneedle sessions for brows, beard and scalp, offered as single treatments or multi-session packages. Fat reduction packages include complimentary skin tightening of the treated areas.

The model program lets people book sessions for eyebrow, beard, scalp and stretch mark treatments. Model fees cover salon time and supplies and are non-refundable, and requests are subject to availability and approval. The Self-Love Club is a monthly membership for personalized body and skin care plans, with no contract and no enrollment fee. Members can cancel or skip a month by phone or text before renewal.

Deposits are required to book and are non-refundable. Changes must be made at least 3 hours before the appointment. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may shorten or cancel the visit and is treated as a no-show, which forfeits paid deposits. Late arrivals are not always accommodated because of a tight schedule. The business describes its service as superior and says its team is licensed, fully trained and keeps renewing its education. Medusa does not currently employ barbers or stylists, and it refers hair cutting and styling clients to three outside barbershops and hair studios.

Staff help each client choose services and products that suit their needs and aim for a comprehensive plan of care.
