Every new client starts with an initial consultation, which is used to confirm they are a good candidate for the procedure they are considering. After that, they schedule the procedure at either location. Both locations are by appointment only, and clients can choose whichever office suits them. Procedures are fly-in, fly-out: clients can stay in the area afterward or travel home the same day. Correspondence is answered until 5pm ET.

The menu is grouped into body and face treatments. Body services include Liquid BBL, which adds volume to the buttocks with dermal fillers and no incisions, typically over two or more sessions four to six weeks apart. Also offered are body contouring and fat removal using laser lipolysis, body tightening, cellulite treatment using radiofrequency and laser therapy, laser hair removal, a detox sauna wrap using infrared heat, and Endolift for contouring and skin tightening.

Face services include Endolift, a non-surgical facelift performed with the Endolift laser in a single session, Botox for crow's feet, frown lines and forehead creases, lip, cheek and chin fillers made with hyaluronic acid, Laser Genesis for skin rejuvenation, microneedling, microneedling with PRP, and a microneedling and vampire facial.

The practice also runs a medically supervised weight loss program. It begins with a consultation with healthcare providers, a medical history review and health screenings such as blood tests and vital signs. Treatment uses semaglutide, typically starting at a low weekly dose and adjusted based on response and tolerability, and moves from an active weight loss phase into a maintenance phase. The first weekly injection is given in the office with instruction for home injection, or all treatments can be received in the office. Some insurance plans may cover medically necessary treatment, and many patients pay out of pocket. Financing through CareCredit and Cherry can be set up during scheduling.
