The compliance side covers DOT urine drug and breath alcohol testing at local testing centers in all states, non-DOT workplace testing, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing, and random and scheduled programs. The business also develops and implements DOT drug and alcohol policies and can enroll employers in DOT consortium and random testing.
Wellness and medication services are linked to partner platform Altro, according to the site. The site says products require a valid prescription from a licensed clinician after clinical evaluation. The site recommends roughly two to six sessions and states that a noticeable reduction in fat is seen within four to six weeks. For B12, the site explains that shot frequency depends on the cause of the deficiency: shots may be given daily for about two weeks at first, may be needed only once or twice a year for a diet-related deficiency, and may be about every two months for a chronic condition.
DNA services include paternity, relationship, gender reveal, genetic identity and ancestry testing, and immigration DNA testing where applicable. Mobile testing with on-site collection is also available. Medico Lash Academy, a KMV Beauty company, runs a hands-on Professional Lash Certification Course, and the business offers a two-day in-person Diagnostic and Wellness Business Startup Training for people who want to start their own testing or wellness business.
Laboratory testing, compliance programs and clinician-prescribed wellness therapies are offered side by side.
