A visit usually begins with a free consultation, which can be booked by call or text. For the weight loss program, the first visit includes an InBody test that measures body composition, BMI and the muscle to fat ratio, along with a full medical history and lab work before any prescription appetite suppressant is considered. The program then includes weekly one-on-one counseling sessions.

For neurotoxin treatments, the practice primarily uses Dysport and aims to use the smallest effective amount, tailored to each patient. Skin tightening and lifting treatments are available for the face, neck and body, and the practice also offers Thermage FLX for tightening skin after weight loss.
