Each treatment plan is built around the individual's anatomy, concerns and goals. Clients are walked through their options and have their questions answered before anything is agreed, and the aim is balanced results that still look like the client. Consultations and treatments take place in a private, relaxed room.

A visit usually starts with a consultation. Tox treatments are quick, typically 15 to 30 minutes, and a pre-treatment consultation is offered. A numbing gel is used before filler, and full filler results show after two to three weeks. For Morpheus8, a topical numbing cream may be applied; redness and mild swelling are common afterward, and results develop over weeks and months. IPL is often done as a series, depending on goals. Appointments can be booked online or by calling 503-421-9271, and the office is open Monday through Thursday, 10am to 6pm.

Beyond injectables and skin work, the practice offers PRF, which is made from a small sample of the client's own blood and processed to concentrate platelets and growth factors. Hormone care starts with in-clinic lab testing and uses bio-identical hormones matched to each person, with ongoing monitoring for women and men. Weight loss care combines prescription options, nutrition support and personalized coaching, with GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide chosen by the provider, plus appetite support and vitamin B12 injections.

The practice brings together aesthetic treatments, wellness care, hormone optimization and medical oversight, and builds a separate plan for each client.
