All pedicures at the salon are waterless, which means no foot baths. Tools, implements and bits are sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave, and the salon says this sterilization goes well beyond state requirements for salons. According to the salon, skipping foot baths avoids water-borne bacteria and cross contamination, uses less water per pedicure, and can help polish last longer.

Clients on a regular monthly plan typically book the Wellness Medi Pedi. The visit covers nail grooming and trimming, shaping, debridement, callus softening, removal of dead skin, and polish, followed by an exfoliating sugar scrub, a foot mask, warm steamed towels and a foot massage. First-time guests and anyone not on a monthly plan begin with the Transformational Medi Pedi, offered in Levels 1 through 4. It starts with a foot consultation to look at specific concerns and includes everything in the Wellness service plus added time for feet affected by conditions such as diabetes or neuropathy. Pricing varies with the condition of the feet and the length of the appointment. A health condition is not required to book any Medi Pedi.

For toenail work, NanoFlex Toenail Reconstruction is a cosmetic enhancement that rebuilds damaged toenails, and its price depends on how many nails are reconstructed and how long it takes. NanoBrace Toenail Correction is a pain-free system for involuted, ingrown or pincer toenails; the salon notes it does not remove ingrown toenails itself. Both services require healthy, infection-free toenails and must be booked with a Medi Pedi. The salon does not diagnose or treat fungal toenails; it refers clients to a podiatrist and can recommend products. Polish is applied only when the toenails are healthy and free of fungus.

Booking details: cancellations need 48 hours notice. Cancelling 24 hours ahead carries a fee of up to 50 percent of the service total, and same-day cancellations carry a fee of up to 100 percent. A non-refundable deposit holds the appointment and counts toward the total. The salon accepts HSA and FSA cards but does not bill insurance, since medical pedicures are not currently covered. The treatment chair has a 400-pound weight limit, and there are no evening or weekend appointments. For a Virtual Foot Assessment, clients should remove polish from their toenails before sending photos.

Medi Pedi Indy focuses on waterless pedicures and individualized care for at-risk feet, with an emphasis on educating each client about foot health. It works alongside a podiatrist for concerns that fall outside a nail technician's scope.
