Manicures range from a polish-free Japanese nail restoration and a dry manicure with Russian-style cuticle care to solid gel polish and structured hard gel work. The business describes its dry manicures as a luxury experience. The IBX Treatment pairs a Russian manicure with IBX strengthening and is recommended as a course of three, spaced one to two weeks apart.
Extensions are full coverage and shaped and sized to the client, finished in solid gel polish in a glossy or matte look. They are usually maintained about every three weeks. Add-on designs run from simple hand-painted hearts, lines and polka dots to watercolor, marble, tortoise shell and floral work, and repairs are priced per nail.
Bookings are made through the studio's designated booking page and require a valid credit card. A 50% deposit secures each appointment and goes toward the service. Clients can pre-book one appointment at a time. Late arrivals may have their service shortened without a reduction in fee, and cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full fee. Extended-hour appointments are offered on a limited basis through an online form, with an extra fee.
