The IV menu ranges from saline and electrolyte drips to named blends for hangovers, immune support, skin, athletic recovery and detox. The Myers' Cocktail is the drip the business calls its most popular, and it follows a formula developed from the work of the late John Myers, MD. The iCLEANSE drip, which the business describes as its signature, combines glutathione, vitamin C, magnesium, B vitamins and a set of minerals. The iYOUTH drip is a two-hour session at special pricing and includes 500mg of NAD+ along with a 10-minute glutathione push.

Laser treatments run on the Venus Versa device, which can combine up to three technologies in one unit. Options include acne treatment using dual-light IPL, Photofacial IPL that uses a real-time cooling system and is usable on all skin tones, skin resurfacing for scars, wrinkles, enlarged pores and stretch marks, laser hair removal on the face and body, and facial rejuvenation delivered over a few quick sessions. Body contouring and skin tightening use non-surgical radio frequency to heat tissue beneath the skin's surface. After skin resurfacing, clients can return to their usual skin care routine after 24 hours.

Injectables include Botox Cosmetic, which is administered by a physician and takes about 10 minutes for crow's feet, frown lines and lip lines, with results that can last up to four months. Juvederm, a hyaluronic acid gel listed as FDA approved, is used for smile lines and volume, takes about 15 minutes and may last up to a year. Dermal fillers can also be placed in the lips, chin, cheeks, mouth, jawline and under the eyes. Individual results vary for both.

Mobile IV therapy and booster shots can be arranged at a client's home, office or hotel for an additional $300 visit fee, and the service can be booked for parties and events. The business is open Monday, Saturday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Appointments outside those hours can be arranged by phone. Free parking is available in front of and behind the Ferndale building, and financing, monthly memberships and gift cards are offered.

According to the salon, a board-certified doctor reviews and keeps watch over its treatments, and licensed professional nurses carry them out. The salon also says its mobile team is made up of licensed medical professionals who hold IV certification.
