Haircuts include a wash and style, with five options to choose from. Color can be done as a single shade from root to tip, as a multi-tonal color using up to three shades, as a quick root retouch with a 10-minute color, or as a gloss applied at the bowl. A root blend can be added to a highlight or total blonde for a softer, lived-in look.

Highlights are done with foils or film and come in three options. Total blonde lightens from root to tip, and a total blonde retouch lifts up to one inch of hair for clients who have had total blonde before. Treatments require a blowout, haircut or color service. When a client's hair length or density calls for more product, an extra charge of $10 per 4 oz applies.

Tape-in extensions are sold in boxes of five. Waxing services have three options. Visitors can send questions through a contact form on the website.

Bookings are made through Glossgenius. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours, and changes made more than 24 hours ahead are appreciated. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale. The studio is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
