This day spa was founded by its owner, an esthetician whose earlier facial and waxing work took place at a high-end spa in the Alpharetta area. According to the spa, its treatments are tailored to each client, built on organic and natural products, and meant to leave people feeling and looking their best. The menu is grouped into facials, advanced skin care, body treatments, waxing, specialty tinting, add-ons and spa packages.
Facials include steam, extractions and a relaxing massage. Advanced skin care targets concerns such as scars, age spots, wrinkles and sagging skin, using hydra peels, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and microneedling. Body treatments combine an all-over exfoliation, a hydrating step, a wrap and a foot massage. Waxing removes hair at the root, and the spa recommends returning on a three-week schedule for the best results.
Add-ons such as LED light therapy, dermaplaning, a hydrojelly mask and a scalp massage can be chosen when booking the main service or noted in the message section of the booking form. Three spa packages bundle body and facial treatments into a single visit. Packages cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Clients are asked to give at least 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, which can be done online up to 48 hours before an appointment. No fees are charged for cancellations or no-shows, though frequent no-shows may affect future bookings. Inquiries are answered within 24 hours. Gift certificates can be bought online or arranged through the spa.
Treatments are customized to each client's individual needs and skin type, and the spa counts overall well-being as part of the esthetics approach, with relaxation alongside skin results.
