The menu is organized into four groups: eyelash extensions, manicure and pedicure, nail enhancement, and waxing. Manicure and pedicure treatments come in combined packages or as manicure-only and pedicure-only options. Every manicure and pedicure includes nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, and a hot towel, with a choice of polish.

Hygiene is a stated focus. Pedicures use disposable liners, so each client has a fresh basin setup rather than sharing one. Implements and pedicure chairs are sanitized under California State Board regulations, and files and pumices are never reused; they are given to the client at the end of the visit. Pedicure chairs are Contego Pedi-Chairs, which the salon says are made in the USA.

Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments are also available. Gift cards are sold. The Mission Viejo location is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
