Each new patient works from a personalized plan. The plan pairs a tailored morning and evening skincare routine with monthly treatments such as facials and with more advanced procedures like lasers and injectables. The business uses its MDSkin Pyramid as a framework for the order of treatments, moving through three stages: correct, maintain and prevent. Clinical staff also recommend medical-grade home care as part of each plan, along with treatments to help maintain results. Skin rejuvenation is offered under a program called Skin Fitness Powered by a Plan.
Services are grouped into injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation facials and peels, body contouring, and wellness and beauty options. Injectables include neurotoxins such as Botox Cosmetic and Dysport, which block nerve signals to muscles to soften frown lines, along with dermal fillers, collagen-stimulating treatments, and surgical and injectables consultations. Age-based treatment paths are offered for clients in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s and older.
SkinClub is a subscription membership with medical-grade treatments customized for each member. The SkinClub tier is $175 per month and includes a monthly enhanced facial with an add-on and a monthly treatment choice. VIP SkinClub is $275 per month and adds three add-ons each month along with a premium monthly treatment. Members receive a discount on services and retail, with a higher discount for VIP members. Monthly memberships require a three-month minimum and annual memberships a twelve-month minimum, and annual memberships do not automatically renew. Before a first injectable appointment, a consultation is required. Credit cards are required to reserve, and late cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are charged $150. Financing is available through PatientFi for purchases of $1,000 and above. The Arcadia location is open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on the first Saturday of the month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
