MDD Salon Suites

MDD Salon Suites is a suite building in Hampton, Georgia, where independent beauty and wellness professionals rent their own private or semi-private space. The model is aimed at established professionals who want to manage their own clients and income rather than work on commission inside a shared salon.

Renters keep the earnings from their own services and products, as the business does not take a percentage of those sales. Suite rent covers lights, gas, water, heat, air conditioning, cable, Wi-Fi and repairs.

Clients can book appointments or come in as walk-ins, and walk-in availability is checked with the professionals in the suites.

Renters pay for a suite instead of sharing service income with the salon, so they keep what they earn from their own work.

The business describes its setting as professional and secure, and calls the location a good one for working with clients.
