Medical dermatology visits cover acne, hair loss and alopecia, new problems with hair, skin or nails, rashes and skin irritation, warts, and full body skin checks with skin cancer prevention. Patients using insurance should bring current insurance details and a photo ID or driver's license to each visit. When a plan requires a specialist referral, it must be obtained from the patient's primary care physician before booking, and referrals can be faxed to the office. Patients should arrive 15 minutes early to update chart information and complete paperwork. Patients under 18 need a legal guardian present, such as a parent, unless an agreement is documented with the practice.

Laser hair removal is delivered over a series of sessions for areas such as the face, underarms, legs, bikini line and back, with a plan based on skin tone, hair type and individual goals. Self-pay visits carry a $200 fee per visit, which may change depending on the services provided. Cosmetic services can be paid with CareCredit if requested. Payment is due at the time of service: cash is accepted but no change is given, and debit or credit cards are recommended. Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. If a visit includes a biopsy, the office does not charge the lab's self-pay fee, and the lab sets its own price.

Medical dermatology and cosmetic or laser treatments are offered under one practice, with treatment plans shaped around each patient's individual needs.
