Weight loss treatments include weekly subcutaneous semaglutide, offered with L-carnitine or vitamin B6, and tirzepatide, with maintenance options for both. Doses start low and increase gradually. The business says tirzepatide is more effective than semaglutide and that patients who took it averaged weight loss of up to 12.4% of body weight. No-shows without advance notice are charged the full service price, and late arrivals may have the service shortened while the full price still applies.
