Lash extensions come in three styles: classic, which places one extension on each natural lash; volume, which fans several finer extensions onto each lash; and hybrid, which combines the two. Fibers are mink, silk or synthetic. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and a full set typically lasts about four to six weeks depending on the natural lash cycle. Microblading is done in two steps, with a touch-up planned four to six weeks after the first session and then recommended every 12 to 18 months. The brow area is numbed first, the client approves the design before work begins, and the salon advises postponing the treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

On the skin side, the Hydrafacial is a multi-step treatment that clears impurities and replenishes the skin, while the Signature Facial uses Korean-style massage with precise hand movements. The Acne Treatment is generally booked every two weeks until skin clears, and according to the salon, visible results appear within six to eight treatments depending on how closely clients follow the plan. BB Glow is a semi-permanent, foundation-style facial usually booked as a course of three to four sessions.

Every treatment room is private with one client at a time. Booking is online, Saturdays are by special appointment and Sunday is closed. Cancellations need at least two days' notice, same-day cancellations are charged half the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Late arrivals receive a shortened treatment. Lash clients are asked to keep extensions dry for 24 hours after a set or fill and to avoid mascara and oil-based products. Makeup and microblading begin with a consultation, and gift cards are sold online in fixed amounts or a custom amount.

Lash and brow work follows the shape and boldness each client chooses, and skin services range from classic facials to laser and light treatments, delivered one client at a time.
