Cuts and styling cover women's and men's haircuts, blowouts, a thermal style and formal updos, with each service starting at a listed price. Color runs from single-process touch-ups and face-framing foils to full foil refreshes and hand-painted balayage. Sew-in wefts, tape-ins, K-tip and I-tip extensions begin with a consultation.

Bridal work includes touch-ups and full bridal styling, done at the salon or at the venue, and is requested through an online form. New guests are invited to a free color consultation, which is recommended before a first color service.

Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows, though appointments are recommended. A card is held on file to reserve a booking and is charged only for a missed appointment or a cancellation made without 24 hours' notice. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule, and shorter service time may apply. Payment is taken by cash, card or check, and gift cards are non-refundable. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday.
