Treatments are built around each client rather than a single routine. A custom classic facial starts with an assessment of skin type, and products are chosen to suit the client's skin needs. The deluxe facial, from $115, includes an in-depth skin consult that covers home care and a treatment plan for the client's goals. Other options include On the Glow, a 30-minute facial from $50, the seasonal classic facial from $85, the 60-minute Radiance Facial from $115, and a 50-minute back facial from $70. Deluxe pricing does not include products if you buy them.

Waxing services cover underarms, arms, half and full legs, full back, and the face, including lip, chin, sideburns, brows and full face. Brow services include eyebrow lamination, a perm-based treatment that lasts up to 8 weeks, and a hybrid stain whose shade is matched with the client; the stain lasts up to 10 days on skin and up to 4 weeks on brow hairs. For a first wax, the business suggests letting hair grow at least two weeks after the last shave, exfoliating two to four times a week beforehand, and wearing loose, breathable clothing. Afterward, clients are asked to avoid exfoliating for 24 to 48 hours, skip deodorant, lotions and cosmetics for 24 hours, and stay out of UV and tanning. After facials, makeup should be avoided for at least 24 hours, exfoliating products for 3 to 5 days, and face waxing or laser for 5 to 7 days. Brows should stay dry for 24 to 48 hours after lamination or staining.

Skin consultations cost $20 and can be done online or in person. If you buy skincare afterward, the consultation fee is applied toward that purchase. Each session covers your skin type, the products you already use, your budget, and suggested next steps. The online store stocks 28 skincare items, including cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, eye products, a lip treatment and SPF, priced between $16 and $55. The salon is open Sunday and Wednesday from 8 am to 10 pm, Monday from 8 am to 2:30 pm, Friday from 8 am to 2 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm. It is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Appointments outside these hours may be possible on request for a $20 fee, depending on the time.
