MB Studio

MB Studio is a lash studio in Charlotte, located at 2250 Hawkins Street, Suite D. It is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.

The studio's lash menu covers new and returning extension clients. A New Client Fullset ($100, about 120 minutes) is designed for first-time lash extension clients. A Lash Extension Fullset is $130 and takes about 120 minutes. Lash Extension Refills start at $75 and run 90 minutes or more. For clients who need a quick touch-up, the 1 Week Refresh is $50 and takes about 45 minutes. Lash removal is $20 and takes about 10 minutes, and it removes lash extensions. A $15 deposit is required to book the New Client Fullset, the Lash Extension Fullset and the 1 Week Refresh.

Clients who want to plan ahead can buy a package of four lash fill-ins for $250, which saves $50 compared with booking individually. The package is meant to cover fill-ins every two weeks over about two months. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a service is booked from the Services page. According to the studio, packages also include a complimentary lip mask and free naps.

Some services are offered as Groupon deals. Deal prices vary, and the appointment is listed as 120 minutes.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 8 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows, no-calls, charge disputes, or cancelling a card on file to avoid a fee can lead to a ban from future appointments, with outstanding fees charged to the card on file.
