Each visit starts from the client's lifestyle, how much upkeep they want to commit to, their budget and what they need from their hair, and the service is shaped around that. Colour services range from all over color and glaze to lift, which is a bleach-on-scalp service for an all over platinum blonde and is always followed by a glaze. Balayage and foil highlights are available in several sizes, and a balayage may need more than one visit depending on hair color, condition and goals.

Clients can choose beaded extensions fitted with I-Link or Flat-Tip Link methods, Keralink extensions applied with keratin fusion, tape-in extensions in single or double application, hand-tied wefts, or seamless CO-Z wefts shaped to each client's head. The salon's certification covers Donna Bella extensions, made from 100% human remy hair, and it also offers JZ Syles extensions, made from European cuticle hair. Every installation begins with a free 30-minute consultation, and booking requires a non-refundable deposit. Extensions of any type or brand can be removed.

Treatments can be added to haircuts or color. Options include steam infusion, a customized chemistry treatment, a biotin-based length treatment, pH bonder during blonding, heat cure, a combined bond treatment at a discount, and chlorine remover for green, blue or teal tones. Perms and relaxers are booked by phone, and their timing depends on hair length, thickness, condition and texture.

Visits include complimentary coffee, soft drinks, water and wine, along with free WiFi. Clients can use the salon app for deals and discounts and join a loyalty program. Cancellations or reschedules made inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the visit, and after two such changes a credit card must be kept on file.
