Every booking begins with a free consultation of about 30 to 45 minutes, where the brows are shaped and the expected result is previewed. The business does not use a single template: brow structure and facial symmetry are measured and analyzed, and the client approves the shape before the procedure. Each step is explained as the work goes.

Microblading is done by hand, using manual microstroking to create hair-like strokes. The business calls this the most natural looking, realistic approach to eyebrow permanent makeup. A medical grade topical anesthetic is used, and a local anesthetic may also be used. Appointments should allow about 2.5 hours, and a patch test is required at least 48 hours before the procedure.

Microblading is semi-permanent and fades over time, with typical longevity of one to two years with maintenance. Retention depends on skin type, age, aftercare, medications and pigment type. Touch-ups are not scheduled until at least 30 days after the procedure, when healing is complete.

Microblading is not recommended for clients under 18, pregnant or nursing clients, or clients with several listed skin and medical conditions, and clients with excessively oily skin may not be candidates. Clients planning Juvederm injections are advised to have permanent makeup first, or to get clearance from their Juvederm provider. A non-refundable $100 deposit holds the booking, the balance is due on or before the appointment day, and appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by phone at any time before the appointment, though the deposit is not refunded.

Each brow is shaped to the individual client rather than to a standard template, and the client approves the shape before any work begins.
