The studio is known for creative, trend-led nail design alongside everyday manicures, pedicures and extensions. Its intricate designs come in four levels, with simple designs also available from $80. Levels 1 and 2 need inspiration photos sent one to two days ahead so the design can be confirmed. Levels 3 and 4 need design photos at least three days ahead, and level 4 (about three hours, from $350) requires a $50 deposit. A level 3 or 4 design booked without that prior confirmation is charged the full session price.
Two technicians work at the studio. Mazy Cao does the manicure and design work, while Vincent Phan handles pedicures. Their 4-Hands Service pairs a manicure and pedicure performed at the same time in 60 minutes, starting at $135. The Premium 4-Hands Service combines a level 2 design manicure with a Milk & Honey Pedicure over 90 minutes, starting at $240.
Dip service uses a limited range of dip colors, with clear or natural dip as the base and gel polish on top. Dip cannot be refilled and is fully removed at each visit. Extensions include soft gel tips, dual-form gel extensions using reusable molds, and acrylic in small through extra-large sizes, with acrylic recommended for medium to long nails.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before an appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations with less notice, and no-call, no-shows, are charged automatically at 30% of the total service cost.
The studio aims for clean, time-efficient and high-quality work, and pairs creative design with careful manicure and pedicure care.
