Bridal work is a central part of the menu. Clients can book a hair trial, a makeup trial, or a combined hair and makeup trial, which are typically scheduled several weeks before the wedding so the look can be adjusted. Anyone who only wants to ask about a date can book a free ten-minute wedding day inquiry, which does not hold the date; a date is secured only once a booking is confirmed and the required retainer is paid. Bridal and event hair and makeup can also be provided at a location away from the studio, using portable kits with a client chair and extra lighting.

The head spa menu is the studio's most detailed offering. The Signature Head Spa is described by the salon as a relaxing scalp and hair ritual meant to help clients unwind, and it includes a scalp cleanse, deep conditioning, steam, a scalp and neck massage, red light therapy and a blow-dry finish. Shorter head spa visits, combined head spa and facial sessions and a full spa experience with infrared therapy and a foot soak are also available.

Hair services cover blowouts with a choice of finish, haircuts, a clear gloss, styling for curls and waves, updos, and add-on treatments for conditioning and the scalp. Personal Styling and Personal Makeup sessions are one-on-one lessons where clients learn to recreate a look at home.

Memberships and packages give regular clients a lower per-visit cost. Head spa packages come in sets of three or five, and monthly and quarterly memberships cover a head spa, blowouts or treatments.
