Maybelle Beauty Bar operates from suite L-9 at Co. Lab Studio on Pierson Road in Wellington. Appointments are by booking only. Powder brow is a semi-permanent technique that gives the look of a shaded brow pencil and is done with a permanent makeup tattoo machine; the salon says it typically lasts one to three years. Lip blushing is a semi-permanent tattoo that adds color and shape to the lips and lasts about two to three years. The salon says it has contributed to the beauty and self-confidence of thousands of women in Palm Beach County. Beyond appointments, it runs training: a microblading course, and two-day one-on-one courses in powder brow and in lip blushing, each followed by three months of support. For a visit, clients should know a few house rules. Children, extra guests and animals are not permitted at appointments. Clients pay the full appointment amount once the service is completed. Arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show and adds a $20 fee to the service amount. A $40 cancellation fee applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations for select services; there is no fee for appointments kept on time or cancelled before the deadline shown on the confirmation page.
