A visit begins with a complimentary consultation, offered in person or by video. New clients fill out an online pre-consultation form and hear back within 24 to 48 hours, and extension clients also complete a guest form and upload current photos of their hair before the first appointment. Sessions include a luxury shampoo, a salon treatment, a scalp massage, a custom cut and style, and complimentary drinks and snacks. Clients can choose quiet time or their own playlist, have access to phone chargers and free wifi, and may bring a laptop to work during the appointment.

The core service is hair extensions, including K-Tip (keratin bond) and weft extensions made from 100% human hair. Each install is color-matched to the client's natural hair. A first installation usually takes five to six hours, reinstalls three to four and a half hours, and maintenance visits one to two hours. The salon carries its own line, May Lux Hair Extensions, and extensions can last up to six months with proper care.

For thinning hair, the studio offers mesh integration, which it describes as a non-surgical option for women with thinning at the crown, part or hairline. The mesh piece typically lasts three to five months, with maintenance visits every four to six weeks, and it is only recommended once hair is stable and not actively shedding. Meshless integration, partial mesh and lace or clip-in toppers are also offered, and color and highlight services can be added to extension appointments.

Installs require a non-refundable retainer of $650 to $750 and a signed agreement, applied toward the session total. Mesh integration requires a non-refundable retainer of $750 to $950, applied to the first service. Prices can shift with length, density or product use, and any adjustment is discussed before or after the consultation. Pricing may increase for hair 24 inches or longer, and a removal fee applies if extensions are not in suitable condition for a move-up.

Hair is customized to each client's texture, density and lifestyle, with texture and tone blended to match natural hair while supporting scalp health.
