The menu covers facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, microcurrent, lashes and brows, body and facial waxing, body treatments, injectables, hair regrowth and a set of specialty procedures. Chemical peels range from a very superficial treatment for dark spots to a medium peel for discoloration, melasma, sun damage and acne, and they are blended with brighteners, fruit acids, antioxidants and vitamins. Multiple sessions may be needed.

Laser hair removal is offered on the face, body, scalp and intimate areas for all skin types from type 1 to type 6, using a Cutera Excel HR system that the business describes as FDA approved. Sessions are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart and six to eight are often needed. Packages of 3 sessions receive 10% off and packages of 6 receive 20% off.

Consultations are available in several ways: a free face-to-face skin consultation at the spa, a free 10 to 15 minute phone call, or a 20 minute video visit by Zoom or FaceTime, where a makeup-free face is advised. New clients complete an online Skin Care Form beforehand. Reserving requires a valid credit card and a $50 deposit that is credited toward the service, and changes need 24 hours notice or the deposit is forfeited.

Spa packages for two or more people are offered for celebrations such as bachelorette parties, bridal showers and birthdays or anniversaries. These must be booked at least two weeks ahead by phone, with a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance paid at the visit. Financing through CareCredit with 6 months to pay is available on services over $99.

Treatment plans are personalized after a consultation and skin analysis, and the business recommends medical grade products as part of a customized protocol.
