Before waxing, the studio takes time to learn about each client's skin, hair growth and preferences, so the service can be shaped to the client rather than run from a fixed routine. The menu is organized into face services, body services, popular bundles and fun add-ons. Face services cover the brows, lip, chin, sideburns, cheeks, ears, neck, nose and a full-face option. Body services range from underarms, stomach and back to arms, legs, chest and inner thigh, along with several bikini-area services such as Brazilian, which removes all the hair from the bikini area front and back and can be customized. Brazilian, bikini line, full bikini, butt strip and full butt are offered only to clients with female anatomy. Some services overlap or exclude each other, so the menu notes what each one covers; for example, Full Butt includes the butt strip, while Upper Leg does not include the bikini line.
