The salon describes itself as a luxury hair salon offering hair treatments, styling and products, with an upscale, relaxing setting and luxury seating.

A visit can start with a consultation with a stylist to assess hair needs and recommend services. Shampoo stations include quartz eye masks, lavender hot towels and head massages. Craft cocktails and seasonal drinks are served during appointments, and a coworking bar is available for guests who need to work while they wait or sit.

The Fort Worth salon is right off Magnolia, with a back lot reached from 7th Avenue at 1207 7th Ave. The Willow Park location has an on-site customer parking lot. Bookings are made online or by calling (817) 242-9400. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes carry a 25% fee and forfeit the deposit, and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Each guest gets one grace waiver for a late cancellation or no-show every six months. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a cancellation fee, or a $26 late fee for each 15-minute delay if the salon can still accommodate the appointment. Deposits and account credits do not expire but are not refundable. Text reminders go to clients who opt in.
