Human hair pieces are offered in shades 1b, 1, 2, 4, 27, 30, 350 and 613. If a guest wants any of these shades, they should request at least two.

Human hair, hair accessories, style changes and length adjustments may incur additional fees. Knotless and standard braids carry no extra charge for color, though color blending does. Bohemian braids colored in 27, 30, 613 or 350, triangle braids and color blending each add a $15 fee. Guests are asked to disclose any product allergies or particular preferences before the service starts. Concerns about the hair can be raised within two days of the appointment, and the shop checks for satisfaction before the guest leaves.
