The salon takes a handcrafted approach and tailors each service to the individual client. Its stated mission is to create styles that enhance natural beauty at both locations. According to the salon, its stylists are hand-selected and work as creative colorists.

Color is booked as a single, partial or full service, whatever technique is used. Single color covers grey coverage root touch-ups, all-over single color, toner or gloss. Partial and full services cover highlights, balayage and ombre. Color pricing is all-inclusive apart from add-ons agreed at the consultation, and root touch-ups for highlights need a partial or full service.

Extensions begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, which is required before any purchase or installation. Clients can bring inspiration photos to share at that visit. Payment can be made the same day in the salon or by invoice, and installation is scheduled once payment is complete. Hand-tied, tape-in and micro link methods are offered, with move-ups and removal, and prices vary by hair type, the look wanted and the method.

Haircuts and styling include dry cuts, men's cuts, blowouts and a haircut with blowout and style. Texture add-ons and treatments include K18 repair, a B3 demi conditioning treatment with blowout, Brazilian Blowout split end and smoothing treatments, and hair Botox. Clean, dry hair is recommended for all services, and two services cannot be booked with the same stylist at the same time.
