Booking requires a mobile number and an email address. A deposit of 50% of the service total is due at booking, and the rest is paid at the end of the appointment. After booking, a confirmation email arrives with arrival details and a consent form, which must be completed before the visit. Cash is preferred, and card, Apple Pay and Zelle are also accepted.
Clients have a 7-minute grace period after the start time. Arriving later cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit, so the studio asks guests to let it know in advance if they will be late, and it will try to accommodate them. Deposits are non-refundable except in select circumstances, when a processing fee applies to the amount returned. All sales are final.
Loyalty programs offer lower prices on several services for guests who wax every 4 to 8 weeks, provided the next appointment is booked by the 9th week. Wax Wednesday offers a Brazilian wax at a set price for current and new guests, but it must be booked for a Wednesday. Gift cards are sold, and the balance can be checked on the website.
