Appointments are built around safety and run longer than a typical med spa visit. Treatment plans start from each client's goals rather than from promotions. The clinic says it does not bundle or discount in ways that push clients toward treatments they don't need, does not treat anyone before a proper assessment, and will decline a treatment it does not believe serves the client, even when it is requested.

New clients can start with a five to ten minute introductory call, either on the spot or with a reply within one business day. The call covers goals, the clinic's approach to treatment and ballpark pricing. If it looks like a good fit, a full consultation is scheduled in the clinic, where a licensed provider evaluates the client in person and builds a plan.
