Master Lashing

Master Lashing Academy was founded in 2020 in Florida by Heydy Garcia, who is listed as founder and CEO. The academy describes itself as a high-level training school focused on lash extensions, lash lifting, lamination and advanced beauty techniques.

The programs go beyond technique. According to the academy, they also aim to develop leadership, communication, personal branding and business skills. Courses range from a one-month beginner classic or wet look course to a three-month MasterLite program for working lash artists, which requires some basic lash extension experience. Longer programs cover topics such as beauty knowledge, basic esthetics, professional protocols, volume structures, weight management and lash mapping.

Students receive a digital platform, a booklet, a training manual, a certificate and a coaching session as part of their courses. The academy also offers accreditations in areas including Certified Lash Artist, Worldwide Trainer, International Speaker, International Judge, Full Lash Specialist, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifting and several lash styles. The accreditation prices listed range from $250 for individual lash styles to $1,000 for the Worldwide Trainer accreditation.

Master Lashing also lists its own lash extension services on its booking page. Classic and Premade Volume sets take about an hour, Wet Look sets about an hour and a half, and Volume and Mega sets about two hours. Services are booked by request through the booking page, and a range of payment methods is accepted. The academy additionally organizes a Congress, Championships and Awards for artists and educators in the industry.
