The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, sports, trigger point, reflexology, aromatherapy and couples massage. Swedish and deep tissue sessions are performed by licensed massage therapists, and prenatal massage is performed by therapists described as certified in prenatal massage. Clients can ask that certain areas not be massaged, and during massage the body stays covered with a sheet or blanket, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
The facial menu includes Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, and LuXe and VIP facials for concerns such as acne, redness, anti-aging, brightening and hydration, along with CBD facials. Hydrafacial is a multi-step treatment that uses Vortex-Fusion technology, and it requires an upgrade charge from a LuXe facial, with pricing confirmed by contacting the spa. Microdermabrasion and Hydrafacial are performed by licensed estheticians. After microdermabrasion, skin may look pink for one to two hours and may be more sun-sensitive for a few weeks, so sunscreen is advised.
Waxing is performed by licensed estheticians and starts with a confidential consultation and skin analysis so staff can learn about skin concerns, special needs and current conditions. The business uses Repêchage SeaSmooth Artisan Seaweed Wax and says it causes less irritation and redness than other hair removal methods, that body waxing keeps skin hair-free longer than shaving, and that facial waxing offers long-lasting results.
Spa packages combine services in one visit and must be used on the same day, without splitting the treatments. Evolve pairs a one-hour standard massage with a LuXe facial, and Emerge pairs one with a VIP facial; both take about two hours depending on the facial. The Legacy Membership costs $55 per month and includes one standard massage or LuXe facial each month, with a 10-minute allowance for consultation and dressing. Its rate is locked for one year and then moves to LuXe membership pricing, and it is open to new members who have not held a membership in the past three months.
Gift certificates are bought online, delivered by email, and can be printed or forwarded to someone else. They are valid at participating locations, represent cash value only, and do not expire unless the certificate says otherwise. They are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash except where state law requires it, and cannot be used with certificates or cards from third-party sellers. Balance questions are handled by the local spa.
Each client completes a confidential questionnaire with their therapist or esthetician before treatment, and waxing begins with a skin consultation, so concerns and special needs are known first.
