Swedish massage combines oil or lotion with rolling, kneading and percussion strokes. Deep tissue massage works on deeper layers of muscle and tissue, and clients are advised to expect some soreness afterward and to drink plenty of water. Sports massage is aimed at athletes and people who are physically active. Reflexology is a 60-minute session focused on pressure points in the feet, and acupressure applies firm pressure at specific points on the body.
The HeadSpa is a separate head therapy service, a 60-minute treatment at $70 focused on scalp circulation and scalp and hair health. Aromatherapy can be added to any treatment for $10 per hour.
