The massage menu starts with Pure Bliss Massage, which is fully customizable and uses lotion or oil and aromatic essences on a heated table, in 30 to 120 minute sessions. Other options include the Himalayan Stone Ritual with heated salt stones (75, 90 or 120 minutes), Workday Reset, a 75-minute session with cupping, hot towels and Sombra gel, Therapeutic Renewal with deep tissue work and red light, Maternity Renewal for expectant mothers using pregnancy cushion positioning, Natural Balance, a 90-minute massage, and Hormone Harmony, designed for women in menopause or perimenopause, which is not pregnancy-safe. Medical massage is offered for recovery after motor vehicle accidents, and Sunlighten infrared sauna sessions are available on their own or inside spa packages that include a shower.

On the face side, HydraFacials range from the 30-minute Glow Reset and the 45-minute Deluxe HydraFacial (with a customized Booster and LED light therapy) to the 60-minute Platinum HydraFacial, which opens with lymphatic drainage, and the 75-minute HydraFacial Glow. The spa describes its HydraFacial as a patented, medical-grade treatment and says it requires no downtime. None of the HydraFacial packages are pregnancy-safe, so pregnant clients are asked to say so. iS CLINICAL facials are tailored to concerns such as dryness, congestion, acne, fine lines and dark spots, and they are performed by licensed estheticians. Other facials include enzyme-based hydration and glow treatments, an exfoliating facial for oily or acne-prone skin, a brightening peel facial, and the Prodigy Peel System, which is booked by phone. Dermaplaning can be added to any facial for $40.

Spa packages combine massage, facial, sauna or scrub treatments in one visit. Examples include the Serenity Reset (about 1.5 hours, $175) with red light and low-heat sauna, a shower and a 60-minute Pure Bliss Massage, the Velvet Glow Ritual (about 2.25 hours, $250), the Essence of Glow (about 2 hours, $279), the Radiant Renewal Ritual (about 2.5 hours, $299) and the Clarity Ritual (about 3 hours, $360). Clients who book a follow-up on the same day as a service receive 10% off their next visit.

The spa describes itself as an award-winning day spa in Portland and says it placed Gold for Best Day Spa and Silver for Massage and for women-owned business in Best of Rose City 2025; these are the spa's own claims. Colorescience skincare, makeup and SPF products are sold in the spa and through its online shop. According to the spa, Colorescience sunscreens are reef-safe under Hawaii's definition, vegan, and have received several seals of recommendation from The Skin Cancer Foundation.
