The facial menu runs from a 20-minute express facial at $35 to longer treatments. The Perk Me Up Facial, at 45 minutes for $40, includes cleansing, exfoliation, a mud or hydration mask, hot towels, cold hammer therapy and moisturizer. The Oh So Bright Facial adds Oxygen RF, and the Teen Facial is a customized treatment aimed at bacteria on acne-prone skin. A separate Gentleman's Facial is designed for men. Lash services include classic, Volume 3D-6D and hybrid extensions, both as full sets and as refills. Classic sets apply one lash to each natural lash for a natural look, Volume 3D-6D sets apply three to six lashes to each natural lash for a fuller look, and hybrid sets combine classic and volume styles. Refill clubs offer a series of four refills in each style. Lash extension removal and an eyelash bath with nutrient treatment are also available. Lash packages bundle a full set with one to four refills, and package credits apply automatically at checkout after booking.

Booking is online only through the website, and an appointment is not confirmed until the client receives an email confirmation. A debit or credit card is required at booking but is only charged for late cancellations or no-shows, which are charged at 50% of the appointment price. The business may decline any booking at its discretion. If a client is unhappy with a service, the business will try to resolve it within three days or offer in-store credit. Refunds are not offered, since the final price covers time and materials. The site lists a flat fee of $50 to $100 on top of the service cost.
