Massage a Mom

Massage a Mom focuses on the period before and after birth. Its core service is a one-hour prenatal or postpartum massage priced at $120, which includes aromatherapy, hot stones and Chinese cupping. A Glass Cup Facial can be added for $15 more. Sessions take place on a specially designed prenatal massage table.

The practice also provides doula support covering pregnancy, labor and birth, including births in a hospital setting, with continuous emotional and physical support for the mother and her partner. Doula services and private birthing classes are priced by custom quote based on availability.

Birth education is offered either as an online course or as a private five-week program. Classes can be tailored for individuals, partners or small groups and draw on hypnobirthing, self-hypnosis and other conscious birthing methods.
