Women's cuts are designed around face shape, hair texture and lifestyle, and range across pixie, bixie, bob, shag and curly styles. Designer pixie and bob cuts are the studio's specialty. Men's cuts run from classic and timeless looks to modern, fashion-forward ones, using scissors, clippers or a razor depending on hair type, face shape and preference.

Every haircut begins with a scalp and hair diagnosis and ends with a shampoo, blow dry and styling. A free personalized consultation with Masha is offered before booking. Gift cards are sold on the website, and there is a balance check page for them.

The studio states that it ranked in the top five for USA Creative Haircutter of the Year at the Global Creative Awards. It also says it currently holds the Best Hairstylist of the Year 2026 title.
