The studio takes a holistic approach that combines modern modalities to address the skin along with the mind, body and soul. Every service is customized to the client. New clients are asked to start with a one-on-one consultation or an introductory facial before beginning a regimen, and a virtual consultation is also offered.

The facial menu runs from a 60-minute Custom Facial that includes exfoliation, extractions when needed and a custom masque, to a 75-minute Reparative Facial for sensitive or compromised skin. Advanced options include the 75-minute Restore Treatment, the 90-minute M & M Signature Glow Facial and the Custom Corrective Peel, which is mixed to each client's concerns. Acne Bootcamp is a multi-session program for acne with professional exfoliation, extractions and high frequency treatment, and an advanced version adds LED therapy. Several treatments are usually booked as a series of appointments.

Beyond the face, the studio offers facial and body waxing, body treatments such as a back facial and body peels, and brow tinting and stain matched to most hair shades. The studio is open Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday, and is closed Wednesday through Friday.
