Training is a major part of the business. The Intro to Lash Workshop costs $800 and requires a deposit to book, and private lash training is also available. The salon describes its lash training courses as certified. Tuition can be invoiced as a deposit, the remaining balance or the full amount, and can be paid through Afterpay in four interest-free payments.
Appointments are booked by email, text or phone, and Afterpay bookings cannot be scheduled by the client. Deposits secure an appointment, count toward the total and are non-refundable, with the balance due when the service is complete. Appointments allow a 10-minute grace period if the salon is notified before it passes. Reschedules and cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee. New clients need no existing extensions or must book a removal and cleaning with a full set. The salon does not lash over other artists' work, and a patch test consultation is strongly advised for anyone with eye or skin sensitivity.
Hours are Tuesday 11 am to 7 pm, Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday 11 am to 7 pm, Friday 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm, with Sundays and Mondays closed. Gift cards are sold in $25, $40, $100 and $125 amounts or a custom amount.
