About

The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, with later hours on Tuesday and Thursday, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and cancelling within 24 hours is charged the full service cost. Deposits are required for ombré brows, tattoos, lip blush and lash lifts, and they are non-refundable and forfeited if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. Annual and 2+ year ombré touch-ups are offered only to previous clients.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later, available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards can be bought in a set or custom amount and are final sale. Clients using retinol, glycolic acid or acne medication are asked not to book waxing and to consult first. Tattoo bookings need a clear reference picture so the design can be checked against the small size requirements.
