Visits start with a personalized one-on-one consultation to build a skin plan. Every service is tailored to the individual client, and the studio says it aims for results without a clinical feel, without pushing add-ons, and without rushing appointments. Facials are built on a core treatment called The Signature, which includes a double cleanse, an enzyme treatment, extractions when needed, facial massage, back and décolleté massage, and a hydrating mask. Other facials add to that base: dermaplaning in The Smooth Operator, a micro infusion of serums for hydration and radiance in The Glow Booster, a chemical peel in The Fresh Start, and microneedling in The Next Level. The Fresh Start and The Next Level are also priced as a series of three. A separate Teen Facial is designed to be age-appropriate.

The menu also includes Japanese Head Spa treatments. The Crown is a 60-minute treatment and The Royal Crown runs 90 minutes, adding extended massage, an eye treatment and a lip treatment. Head spa visits include a scalp analysis, scalp cleanse and exfoliation, steam therapy, a scalp serum and a relaxation massage. Brows and waxing, a Japanese Foot Spa, LED Therapy and foot reflexology round out the menu. A Custom Service request can be used for things not on the menu, such as hand reflexology, cupping or targeted spot treatment, and professional skincare coaching is available.

Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius. Changes and cancellations are handled by phone. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee, and no-shows may incur a 100% service fee. The studio's website shows 185 Google reviews.
